DE-CLUMPING
Simultaneously declumping and grading mussels, it has a production level of up to 4,000 Kgs. per hour. The clump separating process can be regulated and the grading bars are adjustable to cope with whatever size of mussel is to be graded. It is driven by a hidraulic motor OMP 200; weights approximately 50 Kgs.

NEW ADAPTATIONS OF
THE DE-CLUMPING M/C B1
Due to our eagerness to perfect our machinery perfomance, we have developed adaptations that greatly improved its quality and yield.

Another posibility is to add an helicoidal axle to the de-clumping machine, this extra axle, due the smoothness of its bristles, can prevent the loss of water from the mussels. The water gush flows out under pressure throught the brush bristles and in that way getting a better washing of the mussels.
To do this the only requirement is to cut the axle and to set up sone connection joints either for the brush or for the original rubber blade axle.

Another recommended adpatation for the very "clumped" mussel with strong beard (byssus threads) is to add to this axle another trowel extension and an intermediary grader.

Another possibility is to put the brush instead of the last extension of the axle, that way we can have a longer de-clumping machine and with a brush that provides the mussels better de-clumping and washing.

RE-TUBING
This re-tubing machine produces up to one metre of mussel-loaded-rope per second and its diametre can be adjusted as required. It has a speed and diametre control,  a stopping and starting device and height adjustment. It is powered by two hydraulic motors OMP 50 and OMN 32. Made in stainless steel.

GRADING TABLE
The most practical of all grading tables. One single table that can be adapted to any mussel size. The space between the bars can be increased by adjusting the hand lever. There are automatic built-in devices for quick the bagged mussels. The table can be raised and lowered. Made in stainless steel.
